SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is $5 anywhere in the US. Free shipping on orders over $74.99. All orders will receive a tracking code through USPS.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Exchanges are available within 7 days upon delivery of the same jewelry (colors can be swapped). Please send back to the return address. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs on exchanges.
Returns will not be accepted, unless otherwise approved. Buyer will be responsible for this cost.
REPAIRS
Any Geo By Riss jewelry that has arrived to the buyer broken or breaks within the first month of purchase will be replaced for free.
Any jewelry you would like repaired (Geo By Riss or other) can be fixed at very minimal cost to cover shipping and materials.
DISCLAIMER
All products may vary in size and color due to use of a natural medium.
Care instructions: Most jewelry is made from plated metal which does tarnish. It will last longer by avoiding getting it wet through swimming or showering. This applies to excessive wear as well such as sleeping in your jewelry. Wipe clean with a soft cloth.
